Located at 3800 Gravois Ave Ste 1f 126, St. Louis, MO 63116, Fluffy Guy Mobile Auto Repair operates as an auto repair shop serving St. Louis in Missouri. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
Auto repair in the United States is split between independent shops, dealership service departments and national chains. Independents handle most routine work (oil changes, brakes, tune-ups, check-engine diagnostics) at lower labor rates and often specialize in one make or in imports; dealers keep factory tools, software and warranty authority; chains sell speed and standard pricing on maintenance items. Most shops charge a diagnostic fee, credited toward the repair if you go ahead, and quote parts and labor separately. Certification matters: look for ASE-certified technicians and, in many states, a state repair license posted at the counter. Written estimates are required by law in most states before work begins, and you are entitled to your old parts if you ask.
The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. The most common schedule is Open 24 hours. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. St. Louis is in Missouri, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. Getting around St. Louis is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. The outer tire rod snapped in my wife's car. We were fortunate enough to find Fluffy via Google search. He told us to cancel the tow truck, and he arrived within an hour. After diagnosing the issue, he went and purchased the part and returned within 15 minutes. He had her back on the road in no time. Great work, great customer service. Highly recommend.

10/10!! I highly recommend Fluffyβs!! My tire rod broken suddenly as I was sitting at a red light getting ready to make a right turn, at the most inconvenient time. l called AAA and the tow truck gave me an ETA of 1hr&45mins. We called Fluffy, he came out, took the broken tire rod off, went and grabbed the new tire rod from an OβReilyβs close by, came back completed the job in less than 15mins, and had me back on the road before the tow truck wouldβve arrived. Please support this business. Excellent customer service and care as well!! π Will definitely be using him again, and recommending to all my friends and family!

If I could give 0 , I would give -5 . I Paid $80 for a window repair. Cardboard was used to hold the window up, and the window fell back down within an hour. When I contacted him, he initially said he would return, then wanted me to drive to him instead, and ultimately blocked me. This was my experience. (Reply to his response) I sure did go off on him after he asked me where I was at to come fix the car and then after I gave the address he decided he didnβt want to come before that I was so calm and patient but anyone would feel ripped off after paying 80 dollars for work tht didnβt even last 20 minutes . Mind you itβs not I didnβt have the money to fix the car , he just didnβt have the part he needed so I agreed to a temporary fix which I thought would last more than 20 minutes lol .. then I had to contact him for a week straight for a response . He acted real annoyed with me because I wanted a job worth my money done . I uploaded the messages lol .

Gave me the run around about fixing my car kept saying he has a guy that works with him. I had to call him every time for an update. When I called today he told me this same guy was supposed to call him so he can call me. Never happened. Wanted him to fix my thermostat and now my call has the alternator off I canβt even drive it to the shop to get fix I now have to get it towed. Avoid at all cost if you can. Poor communication. Not dependable or reliable or consistent. Pictures below are the car parts he was suppose to put back on in my back seat

I am blown away at the level of automotive knowledge in which Lemario has. You can easily see that he is more professional and courteous than your average auto repair shop. He communicated well with me. Came at the correct time. Got straight to the point and diagnosed my vehicles. Suggested the correct parts for both my vehicles which are a 2003 Sierra 2500HD and a 2007 Ford Fusion. Excellent customer service. I have more vehicles that will need more work, I will definitely give this company a chirp back because of it's fair prices. To finally add on, he acknowledged my military service. Meant shot alot to me. Thank you!
